1st stakeholder engagement event

GENDERACTIONplus organises its first stakeholder engagement event on 21 September 2022. We have invited student and early-career researchers associations and networks across Europe to participate in an online consultation workshop to share their views and needs related to tackling gender-based violence in academia, including sexual harassment. More than 30 representatives confirmed their participation so far.

The discussions will:

• Contribute to the identification of needs of early career researchers to feed the panel for students and early career researcher associations active in GBV at the conference “Ending gender-based violence in academia: Toward gender-equal, safe and inclusive research and higher education” taking place in November, as part of the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU.
  
• Inform the toolkit prepared by the H2020 sister project UniNISAFE and the work in GENDERACTIONplus WP3 focused on gender-based violence.
